The scarcity of campaign ads this fall makes it easy to forget there's an election coming up. Indiana Democratic secretary of state candidate Beth White has one of the few ads that is airing locally with any consistency. It's a highly-effective ad for the low information voter who represents the vast majority of the electorate.
